First Aid Supplies & Training Wales is an approved centre of FAIB (First Aid Industry Body). This is in compliance with the Health & Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981 (amended). FAIB meets all the requirements by Professor Lodsted’s review and gives assurances to every employer about standards of training. The Welsh government supports FAIB as an equal alternative to Ofqual and VS routes stated in the HSE guidance.

4 hour appointed person first aid courses
1 day emergency first aid at work courses (EFAW)
3 day first aid at work courses (FAAW)
2 day refresher first aid at work course (for those who have already completed the 3 day first aid at work course and are still in date on their current certification)
Paediatric first aid courses - 1 day course

Paediatric First Aid course 12 hours
Automated external defibrillation (A.E.D) course
Interim first aid course
Sports first aid course

Our course duration ranges from 4 hours to 3 days, so whether you want to attend a course at our training centre in Barry, or want us to conduct training at your premises, weekday, weekend or evening course (min numbers required for some courses) we can accommodate your requirements. We regularly run open courses at our premise for individuals to join, as well as larger groups and conduct regular training courses for our clients throughout South Wales and surrounding areas. We provide comprehensive training courses tailored to suit you and your organisations requirements.
